Meal Prep Potluck
(March 20 @ 6-7:30pm)
This event will bring together a variety of health coaches to each showcase a recipe they’ve mastered that optimizes nutrient value, taste, and cost effectiveness. You’ll get an open-house to taste test all the recipes, learn from each expert about nutrition breakdowns, cost analysis, prep time, and more!
In addition, there will be a brief presentation on essentials to developing a healthy, sustainable nutrition plan.
As a bonus, there will be a PDF Cook Book emailed to all attendees with all recipes & info from the event!

Frameworks Event
(April 27 @ 9am-3pm)
This event will be a deep dive into the most effective frameworks designed to help you with a few important things:
- Create a blueprint for optimal success, fulfillment, alignment, and intentionality in each area of your life
- Connect with the version of you that is most integrated with your authenticity while shedding the parts of you that no longer help you in being the best version of yourself
- Identify and proactively eliminate inputs/influences in your life that are blocking you from the life of your dreams
In addition to giving you an easy-to-follow, step-by-step road map your best self & dream life, you'll be surrounded by others who share a deep passion for making the most of their own lives.
As a bonus, you’ll receive a PDF workbook to continue developing with these frameworks for 12 weeks after the event!
Best Self Summit
2025
June 7th - June 8th
The Best Self Summit is a two day, fully-immersive retreat for those who are committed to leveling up physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll learn how to optimize your fitness, nutrition, recovery, sleep, stress management, mindset, habits, and so much more from experts in each of these fields.
If you want to learn the most effective information & practices from some of the best coaches in the health space, you won’t want to miss this experience!

World's Toughest Marathon
(July 26th @ 8am - July 27th @ 10am)
This is not your typical marathon… for this event, you’ll be running one mile at the beginning of each hour for twenty six hours- at the end, your total time from each mile will be added up to record your marathon time! Should you miss the start of any of the hours, you DNF (do not finish). This event can be run solo, in pairs, or even in teams of four!
Every participant will receive a t-shirt upon arrival, but only those who endure the entire race will earn themselves a medal!

Backyard 100
(August 30th @ 8am - August 31st @ 8am)
This backyard style ultra endurance run will consist of a 4.16 mile loop that is to be completed every hour, with each participant beginning each lap at the beginning of each hour. Those who do not begin the next lap at the beginning of the hour will DNF (do not finish) at that point in the run. This event can be run solo, in pairs, or in teams of four!
Every participant will receive a t-shirt upon arrival, but only those who make it through the final lap will receive medals! In addition, anyone who completes all laps solo will receive a belt buckle customary to completing an ultramarathon.
